Every type of tea has an optimal temperature and time range — getting it right makes the difference between a balanced cup and one that's bitter or flat.
Green tea: water at 75-80°C, steep 2-3 minutes — suited to Himalayan Green Tea, in bags or loose leaf.
Black tea: boiling water, 95-100°C, steep 3-5 minutes — for Earl Grey+ or Royal Black Tea, deep flavor without excess bitterness.
Herbal infusions (lemon-ginger, turmeric-ginger): boiling water, steep 5-7 minutes, to fully draw out the caffeine-free flavors.
KYUFI instant tea: warm or cold water, stir for 20 seconds — no steeping, consistent taste every time.
