WatchHouse, the London coffee chain known for its premium positioning, is pushing ahead with its US expansion by opening its fourth Manhattan location, with a fifth shop set to open in the NoMad neighborhood in September 2026. Another location is under construction in the Brookfield Place complex in Battery Park City.
The buildout comes just months after the company closed a $14.8 million Series B funding round led by US firm HighPost Capital, which lifted the company's valuation to roughly £76 million.
WatchHouse's first US shop opened in April 2024 on Fifth Avenue, and the chain is now targeting a Los Angeles debut in 2027, while also scouting locations in Austin, Chicago, and Miami.
