Traditional Medicinals, a US organic botanical wellness company best known for its Throat Coat® and Smooth Move® herbal teas, has made the Inc. 5000 list for the first time. The ranking tracks the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Founded in 1974, the company is headquartered in Rohnert Park, California.
Inc. 5000 companies are ranked by revenue growth between 2022 and 2025, and this year's honorees posted a median three-year growth of 130%. Traditional Medicinals has notched several other milestones recently: its 50th anniversary in 2024, Fair for Life® certification, a new East Coast manufacturing plant in Virginia that broke ground in 2025, and more than $20 million invested over the past decade in farming and wild-collecting communities.
CEO Joe Stanziano called the recognition "an incredible honor," adding that its real significance lies in the community behind every cup.
